Standard Fitout Specification
Our proposed standard package is listed below. A vehicle-specific equipment schedule, inspection record and agreed insurance documents will form the handover pack. Final acceptance is against your site requirements.

Planned hardwired tracking with trip history, geofences and driver-behaviour reporting. Available events, connectivity, reporting frequency and client access agreed for each project; live tracking does not imply staffed 24-hour monitoring.
First aid kit matched to the site requirement and a securely mounted 2 kg dry-powder extinguisher. Inspection and replenishment recorded between hires.
Rated recovery equipment and compatible recovery points, selected for the vehicle and operating conditions. Equipment instructions included in the handover pack.
Lockable toolbox and suitable load-restraint points. Fitout weight is included when confirming the remaining payload available to your team.
Vehicle-specific bull bar, subject to documented airbag and sensor compatibility, installation requirements and local approval. Supporting documents retained with the vehicle record.
Bilingual photo condition reports, equipment checklist and signed handover and return records. A clear record of vehicle condition and supplied equipment.
Planned servicing through the Toyota network in Morocco, using the manufacturer’s applicable severe-duty schedule. Maintenance and inspection records supplied for your fleet file.
Amber beacon, reversing alarm, reflective identification, wheel-nut indicators and mounted wheel chocks. Battery isolation arrangement specified for the vehicle and client requirement.

Indicative pre-launch rates in MAD, excluding TVA; not an offer to contract. Monthly figures are the planning rates for a 12-month term from Marrakech. Shorter terms and remote projects are quoted individually. Planned inclusions: rental-use insurance, GPS/IVMS, scheduled servicing, condition reporting and fleet support. Fuel excluded. Contracts are invoiced monthly in advance, with a one-month deposit held for the term. Mileage allowance, excess-kilometre rate, insurance excess, permitted use, delivery/collection and mobilisation lead time will be stated in the quotation. Rentals subject to authorisation and confirmed availability.
